• You agree not to share your account with anyone else.

3. Profile Information

• Upload only your own recent photograph.
• Provide genuine educational, professional and family details.
• Do not upload offensive, misleading or copyrighted content.
• KalyanaGhadiya reserves the right to edit, suspend or remove suspicious profiles.

4. Membership

• Membership becomes active only after successful payment.
• The membership validity is one year from the activation date.
• Fees once paid cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Membership benefits may change without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

Every member agrees that he/she will NOT:

• Create fake profiles.
• Upload false or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other members.
• Use abusive or offensive language.
• Promote business, advertisements or third-party services.
• Misuse any information obtained from this website.

6. Privacy

• Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We never intentionally sell your personal information.
• Reasonable security measures are taken to protect user data.
• No internet service can guarantee 100% security.

7. Matchmaking Disclaimer

9. Account Suspension

Your account may be suspended or permanently removed if you:

• Create fake profiles.
• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Misuse the platform in any manner.

10. Limitation of Liability

• KalyanaGhadiya shall not be responsible for disputes between members.
• We are not liable for financial losses, fraud or emotional distress resulting from member interactions.
• Marriage decisions are entirely the responsibility of the members and their families.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, website design, content, images and branding belong exclusively to KalyanaGhadiya.in and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of this website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
